NgBio's liability is limited in the following ways: Service Availability: • No guarantee of 100% uptime • Not responsible for link destination content • May modify features with notice • Can terminate service for violations Data Limitations: • Not responsible for lost analytics data • No guarantee of backup availability • Limited liability for service interruptions Your Responsibility: • Backing up your link information • Monitoring your page analytics • Maintaining appropriate content • Complying with all applicable laws
